The GingergoldMine were actually much greener with a gold and red blush, but this was the image that I was allowed to use. I'll have to take a picture of the next batch since I've already eaten them all. :^)

I'll have to try those. We discovered Honeycrisps last year and LOVED those!
yum! i love apples! we are off to the apple orchard next week for a field trip.
