We love this annual downtown festival. The kids enjoyed crafts, lots of free bling, and the balloon man, and we all enjoyed the Irish music and dancing. The food smelled wonderful, but we ate before we went.

Anyway, we went to see her in concert about 18 months ago and my mother-in-law made my girls matching outfits (they had silly hats too). The dresses have been lenghtened a couple of times since then.
The hats they're wearing in the pic are from The Christmas Shop in Harrisburg, PA, Ethan's is from the Target dollar bins.
